50 Bridge Street isn’t on a par with some of the other condo buildings in Dumbo, but this particular listing is pretty sweet. The high ceilings, big windows, modern kitchen and killer views from the private outdoor space are a potent combo; at $700 a month, the maintenance is shockingly low as well. The asking price of $1,400,000 is also not wacko for 1,600 square feet of space. If this were on the south side of Jay Street, it would be a lay-up, but this end of the nabe is definitely picking up steam.
