Offered for sale by the owner — who’s holding open houses from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, and 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, April 24 — the house is asking $3.495 million. It last sold for $1.475 two years ago; presumably those buyers did the renovating.

The listing claims 3,700 square feet, which puts the price under $1,000 a square foot, and the eco-design is a premium feature. It’s still a steep price for this neck of the woods, though. What do you think?
