Houses like these will always be in demand. The neighborhood is excellent and I actually know the street (dead-end, very safe and quiet, no foot traffic). Plus 25 ft width is incredibly hard to find anywhere. Wouldn’t be surprised if this trades for 8mm in 3 years.
