House of the Day: 32 DeKoven Court

The enclosed front porch at 32 De Koven Court is unfortunate from an architectural standpoint, but other than that the one-family house in Fiske Terrace has a lot going for it. The first floor has lots of charming original detail, including inlaid wood floors, stained glass and moldings. The modernized kitchen is attractive, though we’re not digging all of the other modern touches. Still, overall a very nice house in a good Ditman Park location. The ask is $1,195,000. There was an open house yesterday. Did anyone check it out?
