The 5,300-square-foot house has eight bedrooms, four kitchens and 6 bathrooms. The property is currently divided into two residential units and a medical office. The location is not prime Ditmas Park–Ocean Avenue is a two-way busy street and the house backs up against apartment buildings–and it’s likely that a buyer would want to invest in some aesthetic changes, so it’ll be interesting to see how the asking price of $2,100,000 fares. Feels high to us, but maybe if the rent on the doctor’s office is high enough the whole thing pencils out with mortgage rates where they are right now.
