Dena Driver at Douglas Elliman is marketing eight units; apartments range from one-bedrooms to three-bedroom duplex units for $4,750 to $7,995 per month. Square footage ranges from 1,000 to 1,500. Each unit also comes with a private outdoor space equipped with lights, electrical outlets and running water. The interiors, according to the listing, feature “wide plank oak hardwood floors, loft height ceilings, gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, Bosch washer dryer and sleek, modern bathrooms.” There will be an open house tonight, from 5:30 pm to 7 pm.
