Brooklyn Open Houses Bed Stuy Carroll Gardens

Our Open House Picks Six Months Ago had a rough time on the market this past half year, with no official sales on the books yet for any of them.

In Bed Stuy, a four-story brownstone stayed on the market until being removed just this month, the price both increasing and decreasing. The last listing asked $20,500 under the initial price.

An eight-bedroom townhouse in Fort Greene, two blocks from Barclays Center, was removed from the market in September.

An extensively carpeted Carroll Gardens corner property with front garden is still on the market for $2,595,000, $355,000 under the original ask.

Lastly, a Greenwood Heights multi-residential was taken off the market by Corcoran in June, and was then relisted with Re/Max Metro. It was removed from the market in October.
