There’s an exposed brick wall painted white, a marble mantel and recessed lighting. The L-shaped kitchen at the rear of the room looks to be in good shape, with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a tile backsplash.

At the back of the apartment, facing the garden, is a window-filled space, likely a former mudroom, that makes for a bright home office setup. There’s also a skylight above. It could potentially be used as a second bedroom, although access to the garden is through it.
There aren’t any photos of the backyard, but a glimpse through the windows of the office shows a stone patio and raised stone beds along the perimeter.
The bedroom and bathroom are tucked into the center of the apartment. There are no listing photos of either space, but the floor plan does show the bedroom has a window and a closet.
