This is a railroad apartment at 481 7th Avenue in the South Slope/Windsor Terrace area. There are two bedrooms plus an office, and the listing is selling it as a potential three-bedroom. As the listing says, “It has two possible configurations [for a three-bedroom] but either one will still require one person to walk through one person’s room to get in and out. The unit does have a separate entrance in the back of the apartment off of the master bedroom which allows access to the apartment through there.” Despite that, the pictures show that this is a nice space. At $2,600 a month, we guess it’ll go pretty quickly. Agree?
