‘Talk Stoop’ host Cat Greenleaf has placed her Boerum Hill home at 12 Wyckoff Street on the market for an initial ask of $2.95 million. Greenleaf, whose show features interviews with celebrity guests on the stoop of her house, has been filming the show at her home since 2009.

Greenleaf and husband Michael Rey bought the home in 2006 for $850,000.
The brownstone, a 2,200-square-footer built around the mid-19th century, features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, along with a garden and terrace. While probably originally Greek Revival in style, it’s been renovated to include plank floors, exposed brick, modern interior barn doors, and reclaimed beams from a Catskills barn. You can see the listing here.
‘Talk Stoop’ debuted on Taxi TV — now being phased out — where New Yorkers became familiar with it during cab rides. It went national via USA Network in 2013.
The stoop, usually seen with Greenleaf’s dog, Gracie, sitting on it, has become a familiar sight on TV and social media. Gracie has her own Tumblr and Instagram accounts.
Greenleaf was not immediately available for comment on her plans for the show. Perhaps an indoor set is in the works?
