Our most-viewed listings this week included apartments with fireplaces to keep you cozy and warm during the winter, a new-construction home in Bed Stuy, and a Georgian Revival home in Windsor Terrace. There was a wide variety across the top 10, in both price and features.

7. You don’t see ceilings like this every day, especially in an otherwise fairly typical early 20th neo-Classical brick townhouse at 292 Parkside Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. 6. On Monroe Street in Bed Stuy, we find a three-family brownstone. It’s currently set up with a separate unit on each floor. Beyond that there’s not a whole lot we can tell you — the listing says nothing about condition, and the sole interior photo is a closeup of a marble fireplace on the parlor floor. The listing does offer that that floor also holds “original door frames.”
