During the early 1990's while attending UCLA, I subsidized my living expenses by performing maintenance and preservation on the student Co-operative Housing (aka The Co-op's) designed by Richard Neutra. This is where my interest in Architecture and my understanding of the importance of proper construction methodology began. Now with 20 years experience in the New York City construction industry, my company Kennedy Construction Services continues to establish itself as an efficient, design sensitive, and comprehensive team dedicated to meeting clients needs for Residential and Commercial renovations. KCS excels at building beautiful interiors, regardless of scale. We pride ourselves in delivering great value and craftsmanship, while maintaining excellence and integrity.
