MEGA Construction

We recently had some extensive exterior work done with Mega Construction and are happy with the solid results. They stripped paint from and repointed the brick facade of our townhouse, resurfaced the lintels, reset some bluestone in the front and also repainted the railings on the front stairs. They're also going to rebuild a chimney. Nazim, the owner, and his crew are reliable and pleasant; Nazim does a lot of work in the neighborhood so is often on site. They were conscientious about cleaning up each day. Their strong point is masonry. I would work with them again.

Mega Construction did a huge job on our 4 story Brownstone building. The work involved cleaning and repointing the bricks on the side of the building and redoing the brownstone. Nazim is the owner of the company and he was almost always onsite supervising the work.He installed a bridge as protection for pedestrian traffic while the work was being done and used scaffolding to get to the top floors of the building. His workers were punctual arriving for work and extremely polite when dealing with anyone going in and out of the building. The job was completed in a timely manner and any changes we requested were agreed to. Contractors we have used in the past would take forever to finish the job but that was not the case with Mega Construction- they had people on the job daily and finished ahead of schedule. They did a great job and we will be using them for some more work in the Spring!!

We recently hired Mega to re-do our front stoop and facade on our 'brownstone' house. They have completed the work and did a really good job - although this should last for many years so really only time will tell. This is a messy business and they did great at cleaning up after every day they worked. It also took a lot of time, but this is a good thing because you want the cement to completely dry on each coat before doing the next step. We also had a small problem and they came back to fix it in a timely manner even after they were fully paid. In the end the stoop and front of the house look FANTASTIC!!
