He managed the home furnishings departments at the NYC flagship stores of Saks Fifth Avenue and Henri Bendel. He was co-owner of Phoof, a retail mid-century modern antique store and restoration facility which was in NYC’s Meat Market area. In addition to his retail experience, he was a principal with Anonymous Productions, which produced large scale performance, music and art events in some of New York’s biggest and most cutting edge night clubs. He was also co-owner of the ground-breaking East Village performance space, Limbo Lounge. A Mayoral candidate in the City of Hudson in 2013, Victor continues his public involvement in a number of ways. He co-hosts a twice monthly radio program called @Issue on community radio station WGXC. Victor is a Board Member of the Alliance for Positive Health (formerly the AIDS Council of Northeastern NY). He served nearly 10 years as Chair of the Hudson City Democratic Committee and was a former 1st Vice-Chair of the Columbia County Democratic Committee.
