Charlie Pigott - Corcoran Group

Charlie is a lifelong Park Slope resident, and the fourth generation of a family who has been in the area since the late 1800s. A father of four, he is proud to pass on his love of Brooklyn to the fifth generation. Charlie brings passion, energy and sensitivity to serving the unique needs of his clients. As a longtime resident and successful owner, investor, buyer and seller, Charlie has a breadth of first-hand experience with an exceptional knowledge of the market. A strong negotiator, he keenly recognizes value and potential in a property. Drawing on his experience from all sides of a real estate transaction, he enjoys sharing with clients the knowledge he’s gained through success in real estate. Active in Boy Scout Troop 14 and Pack 412 at St. Saviour's Parish. A local business owner, Charlie has owned and operated a service that delivers organic fruits and vegetables for close to 20 years. Reflecting the progressive and traditional values that Park Slope is known for, the business offers healthy food and employs local residents. Having earned a degree from CUNY, Charlie is fluent in Spanish and English and he is currently learning French. He further complements his passion for real estate and business acumen with part-time film studies at Brooklyn College. Charlie currently resides in a town house on a tree-lined, blue stone block in his native Park Slope. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, camping, movies, reading, travel and vacationing in his summer home in Breezy Point, as well as visiting with friends and family in Montauk and Cape Cod.
