The building sits on the north end of Domino Park on the East River. Built by Two Trees and designed by Field Operations, Domino Park offers an inviting respite from work with its elevated walkway, picnic area, dog run, playground, beach volleyball and bocce courts, and Danny Meyer’s Tacocina taqueria.

After a bite or a beer at one of the building’s retail eateries —Other Half Brewery, Goodfellows Ice Cream, Two Hands Coffee or Roberta’s Pizza — you retrieve your bike from the storage room and start off for home.

Your colleagues who live at One South First return to their apartments and get ready to go out and enjoy Williamsburg’s vibrant restaurants and nightlife.
