Check out 23 West Street, a 14-story luxury building where 205 affordable units are available through NYC Housing Connect to households earning between $54,960 and $103,120 annually.
Apartments feature open kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, hardwood floors, intercom and air conditioning. Prices range from $1,528 a month for a studio to $1,634 for a one-bedroom to $1,955 for a two-bedroom. Half of the units will be reserved for current residents in the area.
With views of the New York City skyline, the building is near public transportation, Transmitter Park, and shops and eateries on Greenpoint Avenue. There’s a recreation room, bike storage, storage space, parking and laundry in the building.
The application deadline is March 31, 2022. Eligible households can apply through NYC Housing Connect.
