Meh, I’d rather live next to projects than next to the UES or in the slope. Low-income/people of color are fine, it’s the rich white people that I can’t stand.
Still, for the boondocks location, overpriced.
All of Boerum Hill and good portion of Carroll Gardens + Cobble Hill are close to Public Housing. I think those are some of the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn. I like Vinegar Hill too.
