There hasn’t been much buzz about the 156-unit 500 Fourth Avenue since closings began last summer, but it’s seeming like sales on the 12th Street building are progressing in a slow-and-steady fashion.Property Shark records are showing that there have been 67 sales, while StreetEasy says another eight are in contract. In other words, the half-sold mark appears to be in sight. Prices on the active listings are running from $342,000 for a studio to $897,000 for a three-bedroom. Meanwhile, the ground-floor commercial spaces are still up for grabs.
