The pre-marketing push has started at 75 Clinton Street in Brooklyn Heights, with Corcoran launching the beginning of a website for prospective buyers. The 80-unit condo is a converted office building where, according to an Eagle article published last year, amenities are supposed to include “24-hour doorman, a common rooftop terrace with elevator access (‘and spectacular harbor and Manhattan views’), a fitness center, bike storage room and probably an all-purpose room.” No word on prices yet, though, and ground-floor construction still has a ways to go.

that rite-aid is a palace compared to rite-aid on smith/warren.
they will get $55 to $60 a square foot 25 Wash getting 56 average and some 4th avenue stuff hitting 50
terrific facade choice, esp. compared to typical in our fair city
A nice elegant stair in an apartment is a really nice feature. Well worth the loss of dining room square footage imo. I think the lobby is really nicely designed. Sleek but not anal compulsive. The Rite Aid is a dinosaur whose lease must be expiring at some point soon. I’m surprised they did not have to provide off-street parking.
Minard, I didn’t like the fact the stairs to the private roof deck ate away the dining area that you see via the ones that only had a tiny balcony. all in all, agree, the layouts are pretty decent
I think Rawlings did a nice job with exterior – contemporary and refreshingly different.
The Rite Aid is dirty, run down and cluttered. The apt (renderings) look better than I expected.

the floorplans are pretty nice especially the top floor units that have access to private rooftop decks.
