Prices on condos in the former Hello Living Dakota building at 904 Pacific Street were rejiggered when the property was reintroduced to the market this August, and now there’s been another round of pricing tweaks. A building rep tells us the following: “Prices at the 21-unit building have been updated on selected units. Such adjustments include selected one bedrooms that now start at $409,000 for approx. 735 sq. ft. and selected two bedrooms beginning at $510,000 for approx. 895 sq. ft.” When listings appeared this summer, prices were running from $439,000 for a 735-square-foot one bedroom to $775,000 for a 1,360-square-foot two bedroom. Prices on some units were already $100,000 cheaper than they had been in the past; the condo has been on and off the market since 2009. StreetEasy isn’t showing any closed sales yet.
