Building Permits Renewed for Stalled Clinton Hill High-Rise

In late February an unknown buyer picked up stalled Clinton Hill development 525 Clinton Avenue and they’ve wasted no time getting back to work on the building, which is reportedly 80 percent complete. The developers renewed building permits last week, so we assume construction workers will be showing up soon. Passing by recently, the site still looked pretty quiet.
