Real Estate Office Moving in at Franklin and Fulton

A reader told us that the commercial space at 501 Franklin Avenue, off of Fulton Street and a few doors away from newish coffee spot Daily Press, has been filled by a real estate office. Says our tipster: “It seems there are more Real Estate offices in Brooklyn than corner stores! After visiting their website at SubHutRealty.com they seem to have a very unique and cool concept of showing videos of their apartments… They also have a very unique look to their office, I almost thought it was a cafe.” When we stopped by it wasn’t open yet.
