373 Wythe Avenue Still Chugging Along

Here’s an update on a never-ending, Karl Fischer-designed project at 373 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg. Construction workers demolished the one-story commercial building previously there in 2009. Then, construction stalled. About seven months ago, Curbed noted that construction picked back up again and DOB green-lit plans for a 13-story, 84-unit building.
