Big Price Drops at Fort Greene's Fino 122

The price chopper has come to Fort Greene condo building Fino 122, leaving the remaining nine units priced under $1 million. When the building launched in February, the studio, one-, two- and three-bedrooms were listed from $295,000 to $3.3 million. It looks like Halstead relisted units this May with some significant price cuts, then cut prices again a few days ago. Now the one-, two-, and three-bedrooms are listed from $620,000 to $825,000. (The single studio apartment went into contract at $295,000.) Streeteasy shows four two- and three-bedroom units in contract.
