Here we go again! The owners of this mega-duplex at 35 Prospect Park West, one of Park Slope’s best buildings, have been trying to unload the stately pad for five years now. They started out in 2008 asking $4,450,000 before reducing it later in the year to $4,125,000 and again in 2009 to $3,900,000. The 11-room duplex has been off the market for quite some time now, re-emerging just last week with a price tag of $4,500,000. The market’s stronger now than it has been in five years so maybe the stars will finally align for a sale.
