The cafe would be on the Smith Street side of the building, between Atlantic and State. If you’d like to weigh in on the matter, the hearing is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Jonas Board Room at LIU, between Flatbush and DeKalb avenues. GMAP
My point was that you incorrectly assumed that those who were not so into this idea don’t hang out on Smith Street.
