re the NB app, must be small items getting worked out now b/c the app has been getting re-exam quicker each time and the last try before 2/11 was 2/7. must be very close to issuance.
I just hope Clarett doesn’t build a blank concrete wall like their two latest projects (Forte and Sky House). That’s just what Downtown Brooklyn doesn’t need.
