I live across the street from this development on Washington. The problem, as another commenter pointed out, is that it’s so inoffensive, it inspires absolutely no response.
My main problem with the development is that if you step back and look at it in context of the other buildings on the block (all brownstones and the Cathedral condos on the corner), it sticks out like a sore thumb. The same goes for the two new condo developments further up on Washington between Fulton and Gates. Just very blah.

friends of mine live in the cathedral condos next door and this totally kills any view they had..

This building never gets any comments. It is so blah. I don’t think the design is so bad. Surely, this is going to be rental, right? Anyone have any info?
Anyone know how many units this one is supposed to have? It kind of looks like a hospital.
