Just down the block from the new 12-story building at 339 Greene Avenue, the same developer is constructing a four-story building with, it appears, lots of tiny balconies. Whats the excitement all about… i didnt read anything about 552 Lafayette Ave which is another creation of ‘HOT Karl’! and its comming along fairly fast… at least faster than all the other projects on the block.

Where do you see that they’ll be four stories?
I’m just thrilled that maybe, one day, the construction fence will stop blowing over in storms and exposing a giant stalled construction site.
