Checking In On The Absolute Condos
We wouldn’t call the sales process at The Absolute super speedy, but given what’s been going on in the market and the economy, we would call it solid. As of last April, when we last checked in, there were four units with signed contracts. Now, out of 24 units total, there are nine signed contracts…
We wouldn’t call the sales process at The Absolute super speedy, but given what’s been going on in the market and the economy, we would call it solid. As of last April, when we last checked in, there were four units with signed contracts. Now, out of 24 units total, there are nine signed contracts and three other contracts are out. If you’ve been putting off checking this place out, there’s going to be a special inducement at this Sunday’s open house: The first 12 visitors will receive a free gift certificate to nearby Gnarly Vines. Yum.

looks better in person, and the new pratt building being built on myrtle, as well as the too high building going up between hall and washington, should bring, hopefully, more retail to the area
this looks better than any of the crap on 4th ave.
I live in the area. I like the building. Agree it does not ‘match’ the neighborhood, but it is a good looking design and the apartments are very nice, definitely ‘luxury’ the bathrooms are beautiful.
Much better overall than the Clermont Green.
I do like the old time lamp posts.
24 units? StreeteEasy says there are 35 units in this palace of modern luxury.
hmmm, we think this one’s okay, especially compared to most of the new construction nearby.
The prices look obscene for that area and that ugly ass building.
425K for a 1 bedroom?? 600K and up for a 2 bedroom??
Really??
If you have to put a sign in the window letting people know that inside are “luxury” condos, they probably aren’t.
Actual luxury speaks for itself.
Its sad. The initial renders looked better but then they cheaped out on the facade and went all glass.
lol snark. yeah im not one to bash peoples futures homes but that’s pretty fugly, im sorry. it actually looks like a dirty fish tank.
