  1. Is this going to be a skate park? Or are they really going ahead with what’s sure to be Miami Flavor with a ridonculous price tag deep in North Gowanus. (Like that? Realtors, you can use it free of charge.)

  2. “No one will be walking on the wooden boardwalk anytime soon.” Well, they’ll be pulling splinters out of their sandy feet long before anyone takes off with Buck Rogers from the corner of Flatbush and Tillary (or insert own example).

  3. oooooh i pass by that site on the way to work in the mornings. it may have been one of the places i slipped in the mud hahahah. i havent seen all the sludge being poured from there lately but they always direct people to walk around the site. i cant believe that’s the site of the boardwalk place from yesterday? i cant believe i didnt even put 1 and 1 together and realize it’s the same site.
it is a huuuuuuge lot tho. some busy body lady the other morning was asking where the giant crane was making big beams land (i think asking them if they are going on the OTHER side of the block / site or something).

it is kind of cool peeping into all the construction sites around tho.
