Development Watch: 324-328 Grand Avenue

For a while there, it looked like 324 Grand Avenue wasn’t going to make it. There was a stop work order and several months of inactivity and then, recently, boom, the steel started to rise. Ultimately, this will be a four-story, 29-unit residential building. If it looks anything like the rental building by the same developer across the street, it’ll be a bummer.
