There’s no way a 2 br garden rental on 9th St. should be $3500. Even if it is, the current tenants are anxiously awaiting a huge rent reduction.
The cabinets really are hideous. They also look poorly installed. Look at the cabinet stuck on top of the stove that doesnt line up with the remaining cabinets.
Like the Albemarle Terrace house. Wish there were more photos. Placement of window in the kitchen doesn’t seem to jibe with floor plan.
