I hope they have a decent bar and restaurant in there. It’ll be nice just walking a few short blocks as opposed to a slightly longer (especially in the winter) trek to Brooklyn Heights or Smith Street or Atlantic Street for a little drink and snack.

I walked by this last week and up close this building looks like it is made of plastic — really cheap. I can only imagine what it will look like in 10 years.
