East of Classon (and for that matter Washington) = Crown Heights

Yes, but it has one big advantage aesthetically va Fedders in that the exterior brick is the right color, instead of the yellow or orange crap so prevalent for new construction.
I was wondering how they fit 8 units in that place: there are 6 studios and 2 one bedrooms. Might as well install a revolving door on the front to handle the constant turnover.
Bottom line, this is NEW CONSTRUCTION. Buyer beware.

I never claimed that they were aesthetically pleasing.
My claim is that it is sound housing, and there is a market for them. Therefore, they have a right to “exist”.
