LPC Approves 205 Water Street Design

Curbed just reported that the designs for the Toll Brothers project at 205 Water Street in Dumbo were approved at yesterday’s weekly session at the Landmarks Preservation Commission. We’re hoping to get some more qualitative details on how it was received and will report back.
