Looks like we were onto something. This flatbed was unloading when we passed by this morning and there was a car parked on site. Great news if this project is really back on track!

  1. Not sure how one prices the chance to live beside the BQE, an active firehouse and a block of council flats… sure all things are possible in BH, but this property could be a challenge to shift.

I wonder if the old plans to build a secondary, though smaller, apartment block in the backyard of 20Henry will be kept. All told, I guess we should be grateful that AIG may get back some money (it provided the finance to the builder) and repay the US govt on the $50bn is still owes!

  2. “Not for nothing, I expect this development and units to be hot.”

BHO, I totally agree with you on this one. I’ve been anxious to see what happens here.

  3. “Great news if this project is really back on track!”

Even greater news that prices will be dramatically lower than if the project had finished earlier. Might even go rental.

Not for nothing, I expect this development and units to be hot. This is such a nice block. Not too Brooklyn Heighty tighty like the residences tucked off Henry towards the harbor. Convenient to A/C/2/3, parking garage up the street, Eastern Athletic, BB Park and Dumbo. Good for the young, upwardly mobile and eclectic asshat.

Question remains: did it get vultured by new lenders/developers?
