Yes but those are affordable alternatives in comparison to this big fella.
Any news on how Hotel Row is doing? I feel it’s struggling worse than Manhattan’s hotel industry.

It’s a hotel so why would they go rental or condo? If people go to the Holiday In Express off of Union St I would imagine they’ll stay here too.
