3rd Ave Fairfield Inn May Finally Open in April!

Last time we peeped the Fairfield Inn coming to 3rd Avenue between Baltic and Butler, word was the hotel would open in January. Now, however, the hotel’s website is saying it’ll be coming in April. Doesn’t seem like the site is showing details about the rates yet, but poking around it unearths the following bits of info about the property: “12 floors, 131 rooms, 2 suites”; “On-site parking, fee: 25 USD daily”; and bathroom amenities include a hair dryer.
