Residencies at the Williamsburg Move-In Ready

A press release brings word that the Residencies at the Williamsburg, which we toured way back over the summer, is ready for closings and move-ins. The building is also 75 percent sold and almost finished with construction. This is the condo development where owners enjoy all the amenities of the attached hotel, which has gotten quite a bit of press recently. The hotel is slated to open in May.
