The only time we checked up on 467 Keap was before it was built, when vacant buildings on the site were bought up in 2007. It’s come quite a ways since then: despite an impressive list of building violations, including a few that are still open, the building has topped out at 10 stories and has its windows in place. When all’s said and done, it will have 29 units.
