Toll Time in Dumbo

The LPC approved the design for the Toll Brothers development at 205 Water Street in Dumbo last April, but there hasn’t been much to say about the project since then. Looks like that’s about to change, because last week the DOB approved Toll’s new building application for the site. The eight-story building will have 65 units in all and look something like this.
