150 4th Avenue Shows Some Brick

In January, when we revisited the row of four-story buildings that used to line the west side of 4th Avenue between Douglass and Butler Streets, the 12-story tower that now sits on the site had just topped out. When we biked past earlier this week, we were able to spot a small section of brick on the side of the building, suggesting that the finished product has a shot at looking something like the rendering.
